Answer: Make sure you are using the correct credentials to log in. If you don't remember your password, please use the Forgot my password link in order to reset it and log into your Zendesk account. If the problem persists, please email our Support Team at support@g5e.com for further assistance.
Question: How do I create a password?
Answer: Please use the Sign Up link to create a password for your Zendesk account.
Make sure your password meets the following conditions:
- must be at least 6 characters
- must be different from email address
- must include letters in mixed case (both upper and lower) and numbers
- must include a character that is not a letter or number.
