Question: The game crashes when I try to open my gifts at the Gazebo. What should I do?
Answer: We’re happy to report that we’ve fixed this issue in the new 1.18.1502 update of The Hidden Treasures, which is now available for download!
Please make sure to download the updated version of the game from your preferred app store. After that, you should be able to play the game without any issues.
Question: How do I use Coins?
Answer: Coins (doubloons) are used to unlock new landmarks in the game. Also, you can purchase the following Tools and Talismans with Coins in the Shop:
- Magic Hourglass;
- Sea Turtle Amulet;
- Shark Tooth.
Question: How do I request gifts from my Friends?
Answer: You can request specific items from Friends performing the steps below:
- Open your Collections menu.
- Find the collection item you need.
- Under this item you'll see the small blue icon with two people silhouettes on it . Select this icon and the tab with all your Friends will appear.
- Select the Friends you want to ask the item from by choosing their icons or "Select all".
- Select the "Send request" button in the lower part of the screen.
- Your request will be sent to your Friends.
Question: What are levels of mastery of location? How many levels are there?
Answer: Locations have levels of mastery that increase as you progress in the game. Each successful exploration increases the level of mastery's progress percentage. As you reach 100%, the level of mastery of the location increases. There are eight levels of mastery in total:
1 - Gob
2 - Matelot
3 - Shipmate
4 - Cox
5 - Shipmaster
6 - Bosun
7 - Captain
8 - Admiral
Question: I cannot launch the game. What should I do?

Question: I have already played this game on my previous device and now I’ve got a new one. How can I transfer the game progress I’ve already made to it?
Answer: In order to save/restore your game progress, please log into your G5 Friends account in the following way:
- Tap on the 'Friends' icon at the bottom of the screen on your main game board.
- In a new window tap 'My Profile' in the very bottom of the screen.
- Tap on 'Change Player' in order to log in with the Player Login and password you used in your game before.
- Tap on 'Sign in' to confirm.
Question: The game doesn’t run after installation or shuts down during play.
Answer: To ensure optimal performance of the game, it is recommended that you restart your device after installing a new application.
