Dear G5 Players!
We've been getting reports from players who receive error messages while trying to launch their games on Facebook. The error is occurring on the Facebook side, and we're currently communicating with them to find a solution.
You can also try contacting the Facebook Support Team to speed up the fix:
- Log into Facebook on a computer.
- Click in the top right corner of Facebook.
- Select Help & Support > Report a Problem and follow the on-screen instructions.
In the meantime, you can download the game on any other supported device, log in to your G5 Friends account via the Change Player button in the My Profile menu and resume playing.
