How do the tools in the Dream Kaleidoscope mini-game work?

Discoverer's Magnifier - removes one tile or one obstacle.
Chronometer - adds 45 seconds to the game time.
Bomb - replaces a random tile on the field with a bonus Bomb tile. When a group with the bomb is removed, all tiles surrounding the Bomb in the 5x5 square are destroyed.
Supercrystal - adds a bonus Colored Crystal tile to the field. It can replace any regular tile and it gets its color.
